Wordless Wednesday: Wellington Waterfront

Early on Saturday morning, I stepped out along the part of the waterfront for the first time in many weeks. There were other people like me I could tell, staring out at the water, stretching, being thankful. It was a bit grey but there was a positive air and a sense of hope. The featured image at the top of the post is of Solace in the Wind by Max Patté, an iconic statue of a man facing out towards the harbour. It is located on the waterfront outside Te Papa museum.
