Cee’s Share Your World Challenge: week 29

Gosh – it’s been 10 weeks since I did one of these posts!  That is what comes of 3 weeks in Europe and lots of other things going on.  So here we go with Cee’s Challenge questions for this week.

What is the perfect pizza?

Crispy base with lots of topping.  I have to confess I do enjoy one with seafood from time to time, or one with just vegetables, such as the aubergine pizza at Heaven on Cuba Street, which also has sundried tomato, basil and olives.  One of the best pizzas I had was the one below when we were up at Leigh Sawmill Cafe.

Pizza with fresh fish, shrimps, capers, aioli, and lemon – so good!

What is your favorite time of day?

Morning.  I love my Saturday mornings, pottering about and taking time before going to Pilates.

Good morning!

Show us two of your favorites photographs?  The photos can be from anytime in your life span.  Explain why they are your favorite.

This is such an impossible question!  There are some photographs I like that aren’t digitised yet, and others that also mean a lot.  I’ve just picked two random ones from places I have lived. The first one below is from when we first arrived in Wellington in January 2013 and started our new life here.  The second one is of Edinburgh Castle, my home town landmark.

Wellington, January 2013

Edinburgh, June 2016

Complete this sentence:  I’m looking forward to….

Spring and summer!  I always prefer the warmer months

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week,

A gorgeous, sunny weekend and a trip up the Kapiti coast I wrote about in my last post.

and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

Naturally the weekend.  The work week ahead looks busy, so hopefully I can rest from this week and prepare myself for the next.
