I say I found these three along the waterfront, Te Ngaro-a-Huruhuru, designed to raise awareness of Aotearoa’s native bee, and Bee-Dazzle, about being brave and enjoying each day. The third one is Bee From the Ocean, inspried by sea creatures. I say look at the representation of part of Zealandia on the head of the fourth bee, Bee-Youtiful Wellington which draws inspiration from the landscapes of the Wellington region.

I say we are enjoying the new series of Wild Horses, the Australian series Last Seen, UK crime drama The Tower and the legal drama The Split Up. You say they all sound good, you might need to check some of these out.
If we were having a coffee…or even a cup of tea…I would say I am cooking pasta tonight with bacon, mushrooms, spinach and left over broccoli and would you like to say? It isn’t fancy, but we could open a bottle of wine. You say that sounds an excellent idea and we sit down to eat, drink and carry on our conversation.

Those bees are great, and very reminiscent of the sculpture trails we enjoy here in the UK. If we were down in Wellington we’d definitely want to have a look.

If we were having a coffee you’d be hearing me truly praising your Wellington bees, especially that striking black/and/white one, and showing you the picture of the Moomin mugs (three to keep each other company), I have at last picked to make me smile a coffee-time . . . and I would add an extra smile for your pasta I would have liked to have shared . . .

Earl Grey, biscuits, and book talk are a finest kind of way to spend the afternoon. Those bees are utterly delightful while at the same time reminding us how essential bees are to life. I am a huge Slow Horse fan and am enjoying the new season .
