This week’s small pleasures #42

I can’t believe how fast the days are speeding by.  Here we are in March, officially  autumn in the southern hemisphere, but if you regularly read this blog, you will have seen that we have had some gorgeous weather, which is an obvious small big pleasure this week.  The cicadas have been singing loudly, the skies have been blue and we’ve been enjoying evenings on the terrace.

It may have been a work trip but it was fun to see the hot springs at Rotorua again.  The view below is from the hotel window.

The Japanese anemones are out in our back yard.  A lovely display of pink.
