This is a blog by a Scottish woman (who is actually half English, half Polish) who is married to a Swede, lived in Denmark for 8.5 years and who moved to New Zealand in January 2013. I live in Wellington with my husband and our little black cat, Charlie.
Originally, I started the blog to cover our move and new life. We’ve been here for almost 10 years now, even getting New Zealand citizenship, but there are still so many things to experience and see here that there is no shortage of things to write about. I like baking, cooking and reading about food, take pictures of things all the time with my iPhone, love ballet and dance, reading and listening to the radio and podcasts. I would love to mess about more in the garden, but never seem to get round to it.
