Here we area again with a quick round up of this week’s small pleasures. It will be the last one of these posts for a few weeks, as Thistles and Kiwis takes a short break. The blog is tired and in need of some TLC, and a break is part of the process. Anyway, here we are with this week’s small pleasures.
Cuba Dupa
Sunday’s visit to Wellington’s street festival, Cuba Dupa was great fun. See what we did in yesterday’s post here.

Pilates
Any week, every week, Pilates is the best!
Autumn sunshine
The weather has been a bit mixed, but we have also had some lovely, autumn sunshine like in the featured image above.
The smell of newly mown grass

Feijoas
Feijoas….that fruit that people go mad for here in New Zealand. They taste like nothing else, and make great ice-cream, chutney, syrups…..and lovely in an apple crumble.

Thistles and Kiwis will be still be active on Instagram, so I suggest you head over there and follow @thistlesandkiwis to see the adventures in the coming weeks.
Thanks to Mani over at A New Life Wandering for the original idea.
