This is a blog by a Scottish woman (who is actually half English, half Polish) who is married to a Swede, lived in Denmark for 8 years and who moved to New Zealand in 2013. I live with my husband and our little black cat, Charlie.
I started the blog to cover our move and new life. We’ve been here a while now, but there are still so many things to experience and see here that there is no shortage of things to write about. I like baking, cooking and reading about food, take pictures of things all the time with my iPhone, love ballet and dance, reading and listening to the radio and podcasts. I would love to mess about more in the garden, but never seem to get round to it.

What a remarkable journey! New Zealand from Scotland through Denmark sounds like myself, from Ukraine to Las Vegas through Morocco : )

Thanks for following my blog. New Zealand looks lovely. I have an ex client who moved there to breed alpachas and she loves it. It’s changed her life. My family is Scottish/English and I married a Romanian. I have yet to show him Scotland, but it’s a landscape I know he will love.
